Cora Barnes

Cora is the Managing Director of Three Q Catering. In 1998, Cora met her two business partners whilst working as a part-time sales consultant for a recruitment company. As soon as she graduated from UCD with her honours degree in 1999, she set up Three Q Catering as a specialist in catering recruitment. Three Q Catering’s company motto ‘Amat Victoria Curam’ – success is gained by careful attention – has been the cornerstone of all activities since inception.

Cora has continually updated her knowledge with a variety of HR and sales training courses. In 2002 she completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management. In 2004, she graduated with honours from Dublin Business School.

Charlotte Crowe

Charlotte joined Three Q in April 2008. A qualified chef who has managed kitchens and catering units, Charlotte has ten years experience in catering and hospitality. Charlotte wished to pursue a career where she could use her industry knowledge in a challenging role. She found that and more when she joined Three Q as a Trainee Consultant.

Because Charlotte worked on temp contracts as a chef, she is aware of our clients’ requirements. This experience is helpful when meeting clients.

Charlotte is a Graduate of the Institute of Technology, Galway, where she obtained a qualification in professional cookery. She has recently qualified with a Diploma in Health & Safety also. Charlotte brings practical knowledge to the role, dedication to ensuring satisfaction and a belief that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well!


Remus Valean

Remy Valean completed a BA in Bio-Chemistry in Romania and came to Ireland to travel.  He took up various catering and hospitality roles and soon fell in love with the people, the events and the buzz that is unique to hospitality.  He pursued a BA program in Hospitality Management from DIT and a DipEM in Event Management from EIC Dublin in 2010.  With over ten years experience in event, hotel & corporate hospitality Remy has developed an eye for quality service and discovering talented personnel.  Joining Three Q in 2011 will allow him to use his passion for the sector to recruit the best personnel for hiring organisations.

Suzanne Finn

Suzanne joined Three Q back in 2006 as a Junior consultant. She had broad experience in the Catering and Hospitality industry and was interested in a new challenge. With time, she showed interest in accounts. She was then moved to the accounts department, and with Three Q’s help and support, she is currently pursuing a Certificate to become an Accountancy Technician.  She is still very much involved in the day to day operations of Three Q.
