Cora Barnes
Cora is the Managing Director of Three Q Catering. In 1998, Cora met her two business partners whilst working as a part-time sales consultant for a recruitment company. As soon as she graduated from UCD with her honours degree in 1999, she set up Three Q Catering as a specialist in catering recruitment. Three Q Catering’s company motto ‘Amat Victoria Curam’ – success is gained by careful attention – has been the cornerstone of all activities since inception.
Cora has continually updated her knowledge with a variety of HR and sales training courses. In 2002 she completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management. In 2004, she graduated with honours from Dublin Business School.
Conor Page
Derry-born Conor joined Three Q Catering in March 2004. Previously, he held a number of management positions with hotel chains such as the Four Seasons in Dublin and the Hastings Hotel Group in Northern Ireland. Conor heads up the Temp Division for Catering Managers, Catering Supervisors and Chefs and uses his experience of the hospitality industry to meet the needs of both candidates and employers alike. Conor has a Certificate in Personnel Practices from the National College of Ireland.
Charlotte Crowe
Charlotte joined Three Q in April 2008. A qualified chef who has managed kitchens and catering units, Charlotte has ten years experience in catering and hospitality. Charlotte wished to pursue a career where she could use her industry knowledge in a challenging role. She found that and more when she joined Three Q as a Trainee Consultant.
Because Charlotte worked on temp contracts as a chef, she is aware of our clients’ requirements. This experience is helpful when meeting clients.
Charlotte is a Graduate of the Institute of Technology, Galway, where she obtained a qualification in professional cookery. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Health & Safety. Charlotte brings practical knowledge to the role, dedication to ensuring satisfaction and a belief that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well!
Florencia Saluzzo
Florencia has been with Three Q Catering since November 2004. Previously, she worked in CTB/McGraw-Hill in Monterey, California. As part of the Training & HR department, Flo was involved in the training and recruitment programmes for this 800 strong company. Flo works on Three Q Catering’s operations and quality standards, and ensures we are always up to date on legislation. It was Florencia’s hard work that resulted in Three Q Catering being awarded The Excellence Through People Award in 2005.
Florencia has a Diploma in Recruitment Practice and in Business Management.
